Daily Dance
I skipped and turned on elven toes
I spread my arms and twirled
I bent my neck to face the sky
And look up at the world
Swirls of blue are all I see
Around and 'round and 'round
Dizzy I drop down to my knees
To look down at the ground
Clean crisp green ... alive and close
I pluck a blade of grass
And stare intently at its form
To make the moment last

Much madness is divinest sense to a discerning eye. Much sense the starkest madness. Tis the majority in this, as all, prevails. Assent, and you are sane. Demure -- you're straightway dangerous, and handled with a chain. -- Emily Dickenson
